PORTFOLIO

Recently I have been looking for ways to make portfolios, as I have now finished with University and I will need a portfolio to showcase my work. A friend of my mine recommended a company called Saal Digital- http://www.saal-digital.co.uk/ The company offers a range of products, from cards to calendars to photo books. In my case I was choosing the photo book. They offer different size books, from 26 pages to 120 pages, matte or glossy paper and materials such as- leather, linen, padded or just standard photo paper. 

For my photo book I chose a portrait 21 x 28cm matte padded cover and matte photo paper on the inside. The book arrived quicker than I had anticipated and was carefully packaged. 

I have to say that this book exceeds my expectations, the quality of it is just fantastic. The padding of the front cover is just right, it's not too thick or thin and just gives the book more of a luxurious feel and the photo paper is great, it's got a good thickness to it, it has a slight textured feel to it from the quality of the paper. 

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a great way to make a portfolio or a book for their own personal needs. The website and tools are so easy for you to upload your photos and simple to change the layout to something that you would prefer. I think Saal Digital is a great company and I would 100% use them again in the blink of an eye.
